Whole Foods’ seeking green kids on YouTube

Whole Foods Market is conducting a talent search on YouTube for green kids.  As part of Earth Month (April), they’re planning to air a video podcast series called Whole Earth Generation to raise kids’ environmental awareness.  The podcasts will be hosted by 6 kids (8-17 years old) who have major green chops (as indicated by the videos they submit in response to the Whole Foods YouTube solicitation below:

I love that Whole Foods is engaging kids in this topic … and I’m impressed that they’re using YouTube to connect with them (it’s so very Web 2.0 of them:)  I’d love to see a follow up series with kids talking about their adventures with food (do I hear a partnership with Swingset Kitchens brewing?;-)
